WetClay is a digital-only platform. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods. All services are delivered electronically through our website at www.wetclay.org.

Instant Access

Upon successful subscription payment, you receive immediate access to all premium stories and learning materials on the Platform.

No download or installation is required. All content is streamed directly through your web browser on any device.

Availability

We strive to keep the Platform available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, there may be occasional downtime for maintenance or updates.

New stories and materials are added daily by our curation team. The daily collection refreshes based on Indian Standard Time (IST).

The Platform works on any modern web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) on desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and mobile phones.

An active internet connection is required to access content. We recommend a minimum connection speed of 1 Mbps for smooth video playback.

Service Interruptions

In the event of extended service interruptions beyond our control, we will communicate updates via email to registered subscribers.
