Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WetClay (www.wetclay.org) and its related services (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

If you are a parent or guardian creating an account for a child, you accept these Terms on behalf of your child.

Eligibility

The Platform is designed for children ages 3-8 under parental or guardian supervision. Only individuals aged 18 or older may create accounts and manage subscriptions.

By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration and to update it as necessary.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscriptions & Payments

The Platform offers free limited access (3 views per day) and paid subscription plans (Monthly and Annual).

Subscriptions are billed in advance through Razorpay. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; interfere with or disrupt the Platform; copy, distribute, or modify any content without permission; use automated tools to scrape or download content.

We reserve the right to remove any user-submitted content (such as feedback) that we deem inappropriate.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including videos, audio, text, images, graphics, and software — is owned by or licensed to WetClay and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view content for private, non-commercial use.

You may not download, copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent.

Disclaimers

The Platform and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Educational content on the Platform is for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for professional educational advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WetClay and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Parental Consent & COPPA

WetClay is directed at children under 13. In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we require verifiable parental consent before collecting personal information from or about a child.

By creating an account, you affirm that you are the parent or legal guardian (age 18 or older) of the child who will use the Platform, and you consent to our collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

You have the right to: review your child's personal information at any time via the Settings page; request a complete data export of all information associated with your account; request deletion of your child's data and account via the Settings page; revoke consent at any time by deleting the account.

We are committed to keeping your family's data confidential. All data is encrypted, never sold or shared with advertisers, and you retain full control to download or delete it at any time.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. The "Last Updated" date indicates the most recent revision.

Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers of material changes via email.
